Bosch Automotive Steering (Formerly ZF Lenksysteme) was changed from a 50:50 joint-venture of Bosch and ZF to an 100% fully-owned independent division within the Bosch Group in 2015. It has its headquarters in Schw？bisch Gmünd, Germany approximately 50 km East of Stuttgart. With innovative leading-edge technology for passenger cars and commercial vehicles we are one of the world’s market leaders for steering systems. In 2014, the company achieved a turnover of more than 4.39 billion Euros. Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd. is a wholly invested subsidiary of the German Bosch Automotive Steering. The subsidiary was founded in the year 2006. Currently, around 300 employees are working for our company. We are one of suppliers of innovative and high-quality steering products for commercial vehicles and buses in China. Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd., headquartered in Jinan, is growing rapidly. To support long term and strategic business development in China, Bosch Automotive Steering has invested RMB 341.4 Million until the end of 2014 and further major investments are underway.

 

博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是德国博世汽车转向系统的全资子公司，于2006年正式投产，员工300人左右，是中国技术领先和高品质商用卡车和客车转向产品供应商之一。博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司总部设在济南，2011年成立研发中心，并于2012年完成二期扩建项目，发展迅速。为支持在中国的长期发展和战略经营，博世汽车转向系统截止到2014年底投资额为3.41亿人民币，并且在未来会继续追加投资。
